- Resend — email delivery service used to send and receive form submissions and confirmations (Privacy Policy)
- Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection service used on our contact forms to prevent spam. Cloudflare may process your IP address and browser data to assess whether you are human (Privacy Policy)
- Google Analytics (Google LLC) — we use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymised usage data (pages visited, session duration, device type). - Legal or regulatory authorities — if required by law
All third parties are required to process your data in accordance with applicable data protection law.
5. How Long We Keep Your Data
- Enquiry and contact form data: up to 2 years after last contact, unless you request deletion sooner
- Client project data: for the duration of the contract and up to 6 years thereafter (for accounting and legal purposes)
- Google Analytics data: 14 months (retention period set in our GA4 property)
